Legally empowering every Indian.

Indian Succession Act, 1925, s.59 — every person of sound mind, not a minor, may dispose of their property by Will. Capacity is assessed at the moment of signing, not before or after.

Before you begin

Do I need a Will?

35+

SURE — if you're 35 or older and already own even one asset — a flat, an FD, a stock folio, an insurance policy — then yes, you need a Will. Don't leave your children stuck proving what's already theirs. Don't leave your spouse to sort it out alone. It's simply not worth the risk.

50s

YES — if you're past 50 and still don't have a Will, you're not thinking ahead, and deep down you know it. Everything you've built is sitting exposed. You insure your health, your car, your home — so insure this too. Go ahead.

70+

DEFINITELY YES — and here's the real urgency: the law only lets you sign a Will while you're of sound mind, so every year you wait past 70 is a year you could lose that right for good. Go ahead — you're already here. GIVE what's taken a lifetime to build to exactly who deserves it most — according to you.
